Walnut Moose Head Coaster CNC V-carve (for future inlay)

Показать описание
Here's the carving process of a new wooden t-track clamp I quickly designed to supplement my other aluminum clamps. Afterwards, I carve and profile cut a Walnut wooden coaster with a moose head inlay pocket. In a future video, I'll demonstrate cutting out the other side of the inlay and the final product! Hopefully it will turn out OK. I've done a few successful CNC inlays with wood and abalone, but they can be tricky.
Whoops! Someone pointed out that I forgot a couple of zeros, and my final number was off for the Walnut profile cuts. The increments were 0.005 inches each time, for a total of 0.02 inches extra plus the 3/4 inch height of the board.
