I bought the break X2 a couple of weeks ago and can confirm it’s a brilliant Karaoke machine and in my humble opinion the built in speaker is perfectly adequate for most homes. I have tried connecting my TV via the hdmi out to display the lyrics on screen and also connected up to my Denon Av amp via the Aux out on the Break X2 to allow the sound to come out of my 7.1 speaker set up which also works superbly.
Fingers crossed they all turn out to be reliable machines.
