I love Marty's style. I learned this solo, at one time, I could play it, note for note, but, I could never make it sound "right", like Marty plays it. That's why Marty is a legend

This solo and and “eye of the potato” (lol Tornado) are amazingly creative solo work by the Japanese Dragon.

I don't know about exotic, but that's my favorite song on Rust. The solo on Tornado of souls is the best solo on the album... or on any metal album for that matter.

Not his most exotic solo, but it's such a well composed solo.

Most exotic would be something like Komorobi, Catharsis, Evil Thrill, Floating World, Siberia, stuff from his solo works..

Everybody already knows this but Dimebag was ready to join Megadeth before Marty was hired but wouldn't come without Vinnie Paul and Mustaine had already hired Nick menza and then of course made the career altering decision in hiring the enigmatic Marty Friedman and changed the course of Megadeth cementing them as 1 of the big 4 and one of metals all time greats with rust in piece being one of thrash metals untouchable albums I guess in an alternate universe Dime and Vinnie are alive and playing in Megadeth and arguing with Dave 🤣
