judging by da-mi and wooshik's hand gestures and the way they talk to each other, they seem to be really good friends. they aren't really lying when they said they became even close during the filming and still kept in touch even after filming their movie 'the witch'. love seeing them comfortable to each other. no wonder why their chemistry is top tier.

What I love about Kim Dami is she dresses well, very chic! She is not an average beauty like other Korean actress, overall, she is very pretty, she has the X factor, and a very good actress. She carries herself very well, that’s why she has the total look that no one can match. While I always like Choi Woo Shik, it seems he never age. The two has a very good chemistry. I guess someone will agree with me, if they become more than friends 😊 They are very cute couple also.

Kim Sung-cheol really is different from his character in the drama. took me by surprise

and yes choi woo shik is so natural, it makes it easier to immerse into the drama. been a fan of kim dami since her debut

This drama was pretty innovative in several respects.
- Storytelling: the timeline jumps makes it an excellent repeat watch so that you don't miss any details, but still is understandable through a first full-watch. It can get a bit wonky sometimes, but never to the point of confusion.

- Cinematography: another point that aids its main storytelling is that the cinematography for the drama is INCREDIBLE. You can tell the difference between the high school shots, the college shots and the initial relationship shots at a simple glance.

As for negative points, I think some plot points are a BIT... contrived should I say? The main male lead's adoption angle, the second male lead's sudden introduction of his estranged mother, the art rival's sudden disappearance for 80% of the main story and the lack of conclusive resolution for some other side character's plot points. For example, there was so much left on the table with the female lead's self-admitted inferiority complex.

This leaves the actual drama to feel a little bit drawn out than it actually should. Without the strong secondary character stories, I think this could've been easily served in a 12-episode plot than a 16-episode one.

Overall, amazing cast chemistry. Great and innovative storytelling. Several plot holes and missed opportunities. 8/10 for me -- good watch.
