Byteweiser Inkscape Tutorial #3: Make an Ohio License Plate

In this screencast, I will show you how to make a 1999 issue Ohio license plate. I did forget to show how to make the license number look raised up. First, duplicate the license number, change the color to white, move it behind the blue license number, and shift it to the left. Duplicate the license number again, change it to gray, move it behind the license number, and shift it right.
