I love anything pumpkin. My mother made a pumpkin cake that today is still done by many family members. So this is just what I would love. I think I would lay out my bread on baking sheets and throw it in the oven for a few minutes. I thin k the browning will make it look better. I can't wait to try this. I also wanted to thank you for the Ninja cooking pot recipes. I have one and been looking for things like this. Hope you and Jeff have a Happy Thanksgiving. 🦃

Hi Louise, that looks so good, sadly in the UK it seems the only time we can get pumpkin is at Halloween and when the supermarkets are sold out of them they don't restock them meaning sadly it looks like i'll never be able to try this recipe :(
On the brighter side, you know me and my reputation for never missing anything... at 3:34 i thought you were going to use the temp probe on the pudding but you never did, why was it in the video... a cameo appearance because it was feeling left out perhaps? 🤣

Just teasing you, sorry, i couldn't resist that, don't worry i'm skulking back to my kennel again until Tasty Tuesday!... 🏡<---🐕‍🦺

Looks fabulous, Louise. Thinking I can do this, perhaps, in a lidded dutch oven, such as a LeCruset in my countertop oven?
