Biden: 'Until Israel Can Exist as Independent Jewish State, There Will Be No Peace'

President Joe Biden reaffirmed his commitment to the security of Israel on Friday, while calling for a two-state solution in the Middle East.

"My party still supports Israel," he said. "Until the region says unequivocally they acknowledge the right of Israel to exist as an independent Jewish state, there will be no peace."

Biden made the remarks at the White House during a joint news conference with visiting South Korean President Moon Jae-in.
