Were there sponsors for this video? It felt like it was overwhelming positive to a disingenuine extent. Are saturated fat and various bovine hormones not a concern? What does the research say about the health outcomes of people who consume dairy vs. people who do not consume dairy? It's more useful to look at a food as a whole, as opposed to talking extensively about the benefits of its various nutrients, which can be found in other foods.
