It's honestly quite disappointing to me that A Certain Magical Index was adapted poorly, especially season 3 which was basically the second half of Old Testament. Even the previous seasons had a few cut content here and there, but not as bad as season 3. I think that's why Railgun is enjoyed more, it's a good adaption overall. Then again, I may be asking too much since it might be harder to adapt light novels than manga.
