Is Gorilla Hot Glue the Best? Let's find out!

Is Gorilla hot glue stick is best? Gorilla, Stanley, Arrow, Folote, Elmers, Ad Tech, and Surebonder all get put to the test for tensile and shear strength on wood and tensile strength on PVC/plastic. The PVC was left unsanded to help represent how well these glues stick to a smooth surfaces, such as glass, plastic, high gloss painted surfaces. I've noticed consistently through your videos that despite the consistent name recognition gorilla glue products tend to be less effective than cheaper products with lower name recognition and it has helped me make better informed decisions thank you

Hot glue performance highly depends on the surface temperature on which you are applying it to. A layer applied to a surface hot enough to melt the glue on his own will be 10 times as durable as a normal application on a cold surface. Of course cleanliness and roughness matters too. I use it to pull out dents. If you get the surface hot and you put the sticks on it to melt it is incredible how strong it can be.
