This Program Is Insane! A 128 Language Quine Relay

Someone created this program that takes Ruby code, translates it to Rust, translates that to Scala, and then goes through 120 more languages before finally outputting the exact same ruby program it started with! It's all done in one file, and you don't provide any input to the program. It has everything it needs in its source code. This type of problem is called a quine relay.
