Area Of A Triangle 1/2absinC | Trigonometry | Maths | FuseSchool

Показать описание
The area of a triangle is ½ the base X perpendicular height. If we don’t have the perpendicular height, there is another formula we can use: 1/2absinC which we look at in this video. We need two sides and the angle in between. This will work for any triangle (right angle, isosceles, scalene or equilateral). We will look at the proof of this formula in another video. Using the area of a triangle as 1/2absinC is often combined with sine rule and cosine rule questions.
