Roof survey Leaking roof lantern

I was doing a roof survey on this roof looking to see if I could find where the roof was leaking once I was there. I spotted this along with a few other things. All of these things will be highlighted in the report that will be sent to the customer we always do a roof report with photographs and information when we do a roof survey. This particular problem had nothing to do with the leak however it's really interesting that the glass on this roof lantern had started to step out internally. There was no water damage and it's more than probable that this was not the cause of the leak however it's a really interesting thing to find and to report back to a customer so that they can carry out maintenance on the roof to stop it coming a problem in the .
