One of the best pure power swings we've seen in a long time. Always reminded me of a shorter thome. Measured relax at plate demeanor. And absolutely explodes with a tight clean swing with an ambush on any pitch that strays too close to the hot zone.

As a Stros fan, he scared me the entire 22’ WS. I love how he leaves that bat down on his shoulder and somehow rockets that thing forward at just the right time.

Saw him jack 3 HRs in one game for the Nationals in person back in ‘21. Amazing slugger.

As a Cubs fan, Im a big Schwarber fan too. Dude got a sweet compact swing. Got a new subscriber. Was fun to watch. Great video

That one in New York and the one in San Diego are just incredible. Never see a ball go there in either park. In San Diego at night too where the ball doesnt carry very well. Yikes.

Crazy bat speed. Few people can turn on a fastball like Schwarbs. Seems like he hits a couple tape measure jobs every year.

This list is missing the bomb he hit into the Alleghany River in the Cubs vs. Pirates Wild Card game.

Which begs the question, how far was the scoreboard shot?

Schwarber's got a big man's swing. It doesn't even seem that fast, but you can see the power behind it.

It's hilarious to me that pitchers don't even react when he hits them the way he does.

It's so damn effortless and it doesn't matter if it's at his ankles or face high when he connects. They're just like "Welp, that happened..."

Update: There's a new No 2. He just hit a 483 footer.

The distance of that ball into the 3rd deck at Coors field in the video was WAY under estimated. I hear they never actually saw it land, and it's still traveling.
