Before I say this, I'm not hating & I love Mia's videos. just gotten this from my dermatologist: YOU SHOULDN'T WASH YOUR HAIR ONLY ONCE A WEEK, especially if you are getting your advice from influencers as it isn't personalised.
Depending on your hair type you may need to wash it every day or every other day as I do if your hair is oily or going through puberty. I'm still going through puberty and my derma told me to wash my hair every day as the excess oil isn't good for your hair. You also need to consider treatment, pollution, and scalp health. My main tip is, wash your hair depending on your hair type and scalp, consider talking to a dermatologist or a professional. :)
