my hair was so fine and damaged but I restored it with 1. less heat and 2. products with hydrating ingredients

mostly masks with water m hydrating ingredients on damp hair, and the most effective way is using heat on damp hair with the mask on, so cover your head and heat it that opens the hair and allows the water to get in.

our hair becomes dry and damaged when it loses its water, and heat literally elaborates water from the hair out leaving it dry and thin damaged.. so I do now use heat, but I alternate between heat and hydrating my hair and it is maintaining its health and style!
