Yes! Oh my goodness this took me back to my childhood. My childhood best friend's grandmother would make this but it was lemon & it was SO good. I'll have to make this for my kids soon 😊

If you have the time, I recommend the original recipe. It takes a little longer since you have to let the yeast dough proof, but it's super easy and delicious.

They serve it at a nice restaurant called The Lady And Sons in Savannah, GA. It’s delicious. I love the vanilla and chocolate varieties. They now series a sweet potato version instead of chocolate. I don’t know if it’s any good.

Entenmanns made a version of this long ago that is discontinued and I can’t even find a stock photo of it online, crazy! I’m gonna have to learn how to make this ❤
