I was homeless on the streets of Houston for 7 years. There is no help. There is no way off the streets. I was very fortunate to have a stranger pay my way into a halfway house. I was insane and needed help badly. I didn't know what I was going to do. I had no sense at all. K2 had destroyed me. I stayed sober anyway. I knew that I was going to be one of these people they are talking about here. I miss so many people who are now dead. It's been almost 3 years since I was addicted to drugs. I'm so grateful to be alive.
