This week I decided to tackle this awesome Kharadron Overlord's Arkanaut Admiral. I've been trying to decide on a good color shceme for all of the Overlords that I own, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to try out some colors that I've been thinking of. I am honestly pretty happy with the way this guy came out, I think this will probably be the scheme I end up going with. An entire force of Kharadron Overlords bathed in Verdigris...mmmyess. Thank you for watching, and supporting the channel. If you would like to own this model, please head to the eBay link below. Thank you again for the support, it goes a long way towards keeping this channel going, I really couldn't do it without you all. Thank You.

Playlist: Funny story...so I lost the playlist, and I already started editing a new video, soooo...yeah. my bad guys. I do use these songs preeetty often, I think the ones with lyrics have definitely been used in a video within the last 2 months. Next time though...I won't forget to save the playlist.

Been following a while, it's nice to see you getting more comfortable and starting to play with your format a bit more with skits and jokes. Awesome as always.

Finding a quick, simple, yet enjoyable scheme is indeed good. Thanks for the video.

A full AoS force in that scheme will indeed look very cool. Great work there Casey

Wow! Just the dry brush step and you see the color popping back to life.

Any excuse to bust out the copper oxide. The old timey bronze and canvas diving suits might be a useful reference when you start applying it to the rest of the army.
Looking forward to seeing what you do with that Minotaur(?) too

That green ink on the Vallejo copper is a beautiful effect. Another great video on how to achieve fantastic results quickly ! Thanks!

I really enjoy watching your video's. I like your down-to-earth attitude, and your honesty. I've come a long way since I started painting mini's around 1989 (HeroQuest was what really got me going into the miniature-hobby, before that it were mostly cars and planes :-D ), and I recognize SO many of the steps you describe in your older video's (about just slapping paint on not caring about thinnign and washes, getting criticized, getting frustrated, giving up...)...
Nowadays I'd like to think I am a pretty decent painter, and still EVERY day I learn something new. Best part: I never dared to start using an airbrush, until I watched one of YOUR video's about using them. Had to tell myself all over that it's okay to be unsure, and just start using one, and learn by trial and error (imagine my first session where I had my pressure WAY too high, totally not getting why my paint flew all over the mini, NOT where I wanted it to be...)
I'm 46 years old, and I just wanted you to know that you VERY RECENTLY inspired me and made me take that new step into airbrushing / trying new things to keep improving myself.

To everyone else reading this: never give up, never stop learning, and NEVER fear to make a mistake (if that's even the right term for it...). Keep painting!

I didn't know this range! People could be bringing Squats back! But... Way cooler than they originally were! It totally looks fitting in 40K without any conversion!

Getting real good with that oxide. Nice paint job I like the variety of color on a mostly metallic model. Make everything pop.

Great video as always! I love the KO figures so much, but haven’t started painting the few I have. After this though, I have no choice but to take the plunge...
