Edit: hey! It’s currently April 21, 2024 and I’m starting to think making a white character a different race/ethnicity is just something people do to make their projects gain more publicity. Cuz it isn’t just this play that this has happened to. I literally can not think of any other reason to why someone would change the race of a character that has been the same for more than 10 years.
