Hi, Sandi! I'm absolutely hooked on your videos. Your voice is very calming. As soon as you started talking about childhood memories, a picture flashed in my mind of me and Daddy fishing on Saturdays. We would head out before the sun came up and sit in our boat on Lake Livingston close to a shoreline where there was underwater brush. We didn't talk at all. We would sit in the quiet, listening to the water lapping against our boat and with our lines in the water, and watch the sun come up. To this day my favorite smell is boat motor fumes. :) My absolute favorite thing to do on Saturdays and then on Sundays we would have fried catfish with hushpuppies. Thank you for that reminder! Now I have to go call my Daddy.

Lots of lovely projects! It was fun to hear about your daughters’ birthdays and interests. My favorite place was at our cottage where we used to go to ‘the rocks’ to carve our initials and watch the waves splash. It was a grouping of large rocks that formed a little hideaway at the end of the beach. Special times!

Great video! I really enjoy seeing all your stitching and hearing about your family. It was so kind of you to be there for your friend and help her plan her husband's memorial service, so glad she had you to lean. on. My favorite month is May. I love when the temperature is not hot yet and the flowers are blooming. It's a perfect month in Virginia where I live.

Hi Sandi! You're working on some really beautiful projects! Your biscornu turned out fantastic! Growing up my family used to go to a small campground every summer. My sister and I could bike all over and go swimming. And I even experienced my first kiss there!

I so enjoy watching your videos. Your so genuine and have such a soothing voice. My favorite place to go as a child was my Grandma & Grandpa Tingleys house. I can still hear the sound of my Grandmas voice, the look of her hands, the smell of the inside if her purse. They both lived the Christian life and there was never a doubt that they loved me and each other. My Grandma seemed like she had an endless amount of time to play with my brother, sister and I. She would set a tiny red wooden table and we would have a tea party with mints and nuts in little paper candy holders. She played games, scratched our backs, played piano and sang with us, played fish by tying a prize on end of a stick while hiding behind a chair. My Grandpa used to push me in his homemade swing, chased me around the inside of the house until i had to stop from laughing so hard and tuck me in at night when i stayed there. After coming in and ticking us and telling us multiple times it was time to go to sleep i would hear them both say there prayers before going to bed. I could go on and on and on. I miss them both dearly but i know that they are healthy, happy, and talking to JESUS and the rest of my family who has passed. The month of June my Grandmas flowers would be blooming. My eye is watering from tears of the wonderful memories i have of them both.

Another great video! I didn't get to travel much as a child other than I remember visiting my aunt and uncle and all of their children in West Virginia. It was such a fun time playing in the barn along with all of the other things we would do. For two little city girls, my sister and I thought it was awesome! June please.

Your finishes are always so wonderful. My swap item mails out tomorrow too. The backyard of my late aunts house would be the place I remember most clearly. June is my moms name and the month of her birthday. Eye collect those kits and love stitching them.
