Sir very useful information has been given through this vedio.my question is that when a statement of particular witness is recorded twice under section 161 of CR.pc and alongwith chargesheet under section 173cr.pc only one statement is filled before the court.This fact only came to the knowledge on the verge of closure of prosecution case.in fact the prosecution has suppress the first statement recorded under section 161 CR.pc.please examine the legal aspect.Thanking you
