'Confused' Joe Biden ripped apart by critics in latest gaffe speech

US President Joe Biden has again been called out by his critics after he appeared confused during moments of a speech in New York on Saturday.

X account 'RNC Research' posted numerous clips online that showed the President losing his train of thought, shuffling to and from the stage and looking confused.

Biden was speaking to West Point cadets graduating from the United States Military Academy and was giving the commencement address.

The 81-year-old has often been under fire for his blunders, with Republicans, including former President Donald Trump, labelling him unable to continue to hold the position in the White House.

National polling has Biden and Donald Trump neck and neck, but Trump is ahead in the critical battleground states which could determine the outcome.
