Hi there ! There is no peer reviewed evidence that shows that side sleeping leads to facial shape asymmetry in adults. Wrinkles and eyelids asymmetry seems to be the only thing affected with side sleeping

My left side eyebrow is high and my right side eyebrow is down also my the left side of my face have lifted cheeks and firm jaw and right side of my face is puffy and fat can you tell me which side i should sleep to make my face symmetrical.

i sleep on my right cheek for 18 years now my right side flatten and looks little undeveloped,

my bones are same but the muscles looks flatter in backward direction

I'll tell you my assymetry
My left jawline is longer than the right alsoy forehead on the left side is higher like not vertically but horizontally upto the front the bones around my left side is really sharp which seems to be missing on my right eye the are from the right side of my forehead to the eye is almost not visible
I feel like dying i don't think it's even fixed by surgery

Im afraid to go through jaw surgery in view of the risk but then again my right cheek is larger than my left which aligners or braces can’t seem to help.
