Marcus Mike here from Australia. 23 handicap. I know my path to lower is a better short game so not chasing more distance particularly. But I took your driver tips to the range today, release way before the ball push with the trail hand and feel like your trail hand is going faster than the lead. Wow. From the first shot my drives were straight and long, even with a modest swing speed at about 70% effort. Flat out the best driver lesson I have seen. Thank you so much❤

Had to try this out at top golf today. This stopped my hook miss completely. I hit so many nice draws. Couldn’t get much height due to their low tees but it was so fun. This will stop your hook when done correctly.

Yo buddy, all i do is practice the Edblad moves every day. And today i was practicing the scoop without a club in my hand. Wow, was the moment i realized that my hands are pushing to my spot and not the clubhead. Sounds as a small and obvious thing, but man o man. So much is coming together right now. Marcus I have been working hard on it since I first watched this video. I finally hit up on a drive yesterday. I killed it! It was unbelievable, high draw that just soared and long! I missed the next couple of drives so I still have some work to do. I am going to try your method of hitting 3 woods teed up high to try and learn it. Marcus I got it figured out! Although I modified it slightly combining your technique with the motion of swinging a towel...if you can imagine that. But staying back, swinging outward, with a towel flip right before impact has done it. Incredible! Playing a round today to try it out.

I've never hit my driver as well as i do now, thanks to Marcus and the early release, and I'm approaching 70, played yesterday with a much younger bunch of guys in a charity day, think they were pissed of i out drove them on every hole, only missed one fairway, not by much, light rough

Hi Marcus, I have been following your channel for a whole year. I changed from strong to weak grip. Two things that struggle me, one: I hit driver too high, even when I tried to tee it down a little bit.Two: I tend to fade the ball more both driver and irons, not because I was holding lag. I just feel like that the closure of the club face isn’t as fast as it needed to be. Exactly as you said in this video, I am doing the scoop move, but it’s just closing too slow and it’s hard for me to play a draw consistently. Thank you ❤

You have taught me that there is different mechanics with drivers vs irons. A light bulb turned on. Ever since I've been pushing with my dominant arm wrist and palm up. The other arms wrist scooping. Takes practice to change old habits but I have been hitting my driver further and straighter than ever before. Even using my dominant arm more in my iron shots has improved greatly. I can't thank you enough! Now if I can putt better that would be great. How about some putting tips? Avoiding yips with gimmie putts, distance control (lag) and direction of slope would greatly help.

Thanks for your great content. However, when I try to do the wrist flip witht the driver it is a straight push right (right hander).. I'm not clear on how to correct it.
