There are so many times when I love an actor in a movie. They seem so smart, so eloquent, so funny and sharp, so deep.
Then I see them do an interview and it's immediately obvious the writers and director did ALL of that work.
Kamala is the same. She's an actor, and a capable one. Give her a script, lots of takes, lots of production, and she'll look good.
She's not delving into policy repercussions, or asking questions to gain clarity, or understanding any of it.
She's not thinking for herself. She can't defend ANY of the moves she's made up to now. She's not contemplating ANYTHING at all.
