I and my trusted companion undertake an epic expedition to find the source of the River Beck, and must face many adventures and hazards before completing our quest. But did we find the source?

Ah, nothing like a good ol' mud puddle to throw you off the trail of the true source. Bravo on an adventure worthy of a modern day Odyssey. I look forward to the inevitable sequel, because if Star Wars gets eight sequels and two spinoffs, this deserves at least one.

The source, locally known as West Wickham Springs, is the natural erogation of an Artesian Well, the aquifer originating in the Yorkshire Dales at Byeck Lake. The people, of what later became West Wickham, still celebrate the water's beneficial properties (observed on each and every 13th evening post- solstice) since 1390 when the course of the river was diverted by a beaver dam thereby depriving the people of East Wickham of a supply of potable water. They subsequently withered.

I thought you would have delved deeper into the lives of the tree climbing fish that can freeze and appear as part of the tree when disturbed, these fish are known only to live by the most raging and fierce parts of the river beck, maybe that’s going to be in another video that’s not displayed up there or down there or in fact anywhere at all ...

Sorry to say this, but that wasn't the source. It's further on at the edge of the woods, when you get to it there is no doubt it is it. When the snow clears I'll lead you up there
