Unearnable Premium Currency

If I would have a cent for every time I encounter a game where there is premium currency that the player can’t earn in-game, I would have 2 cents. It’s not much, but it’s weird that it happened twice.

I encountered that kinda currency in Arcaea and Rotaeno, both of which are mobile games. For Arcaea it’s a little bit understable when it is free to play but not so much for Rotaeno when I need to buy from Google Play and will need to buy again from App Store, if I get an Ios device.
