Aham Prema

Показать описание
Aham Prema is a Sanskrit mantra that translates to “I am divine love.”
Aham means “I” and Prema, means “love”.
A mantra can be repeated silently, aloud or even sung. The powerful sound vibrations are known to affect the prana (the life force energy within the physical body) as well as vibrationally transmute our emotional state and/or vibration.
The aham prema mantra is believed to transmute negative or lower vibration energies (fear, worry, stress) into higher vibration energies (love, peace, presence). This shift allows the yogi to powerfully connect to the divine love source energy- that is available to us all- individually or collectively.
Now more than ever this mantra calls to us. To be the love and the light amongst the fear and uncertainty swirling around us.
We repeat this mantra 108 times, a sacred number in the yogic tradition, and allow ourselves to go within. The repetitive nature of this mantra brings us back to our HER, our love, and our light so that we can share it with others and inspire them to do the same.
Won’t you try it with us? Move through the Aham Prema mantra 108 times. Bring an open mind and heart. Take a few moments afterward to go within and connect to how this chant shifted your state.
