What serendipity....needing this special moment in my life ..not sure if you remember me  swimming with the dolphins  in the Bahamas with you both ..i am turning 90 this year, still healthy and full of joy for my life, but i am now a full time carer for my husband  (92 years ) he recently had a stroke ..so when i turned into you just now I am filled ..thank you dear ones

So sorry to hear this. Since you both are enlightened musical beings... could this be a result of your diet and a lack of exercise? Are you aware that there are non-surgical non invasive methods to eliminate blockages? Milk products are eliminated in this case as are most animal fats. I have a suspicion that was a mainstay of your diet.
