1- Did you change the rollers on top to internally circulation from outside circulation? It is by default for outside *top circulation.

2- Is it possible you out the charcoal filter the wrong way?

Buddy thanks for the video, how loud is the ventilator? Is it too loud? I know it’s powerful like 400 CFM, but what is the noise level?

I have the ME16A4021AS model and the keypad buttons are a medium grey over a black panel and nearly impossible to see in low light. Completely impossible to use in a dark room. I have to hold my cellphone screen up to light up the buttons... Pretty big oversight for an otherwise nice microwave. Also, I agree about the cardboard looking covers on the inside looking dumb, not even same color.

Do you know what kind of bolb the overhead light uses is it one that snaps in or does it screw in?

I have the ME17R7021ES, which is very similar, and I can't figure out how to remove the vent grille to install the charcoal filter. The "User Manual" is no help. Your video just glosses over that step, saying "I had to remove some trim on the front". Well, the door on mine interferes with removing that trim. Suggestions?

Good thing its dark, hopefully that retains some of the radiation. We have thr bad habit of looking at our food heat up. 😅

can this microwave replace traditional hood/vent?

At Consumer Reports this gets a mediocre review for uneven heating and relatively poor reliability. One comment is that the poor reliability stems from steam from the stove top messing with the interior wiring.

Argh...another video that doesn't show how you removed the trim in the front. You showed undoing the screws but nothing about how to pull the trim out. Mine is stuck with the door hinge and I don't want to break it off. That's the only thing I wanted to see and you glossed over it. :(
