Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Easy no-bake dessert using Trader Joe’s new hot cocoa cream cheese. This is the easiest treat to whip up…and they’re super cute. Recipe ⬇️

Chocolate Cheesecake Bites
Makes 9

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 of an 8oz container of Trader Joe’s Hot Cocoa Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Package of mini Oreos, crushed, reserving 9 whole mini Oreos for garnish

DIRECTIONS
- Crush Oreos in a food processor, or use a plastic bag and a rolling pin to crush manually
- Empty crushed Oreos into a dish
- Scoop out a bite-sized amount of Cocoa Cream Cheese and roll into a ball with your hands
- Coat each ball with crushed Oreos
- Garnish each ball with a mini Oreo
- Place in refrigerator for an half hour before enjoying.

PRO TIP: for added texture, add crushed Oreos into the cream cheese balls prior to rolling in the crumbles. I’m going to do this next time.
