The BEST Way to Paint Your Car on a Budget | DIY Campervan Paint Job

Our trip across the US took a toll on our Sprinter's paint. So we decided to DIY a custom two-tone paint job using an electric spray gun.

We refreshed the van at only a fraction of the cost compared to taking it to a professional shop and couldn't be happier with the result. Despite the material shortages due to the pandemic, we were able to paint the whole van for less than $400 USD in just a couple weekends.

I started doing self build camper vans 30 yrs ago, using a sponge roller in white to do a giant chocolate brown ups van, and rolled others, now these cheap electric sprayers are out now Im going to deffo use this/your method, no orange peel effect that you get with roller, 150 dollar to make the van fresh n clean is a no brainer, and quicker, smoother than brushes and rollers.you done a good job.spending 2-3k on pro- paint jobs is waste of money on old vans.well done :)
