You are confusing the Dominican Republic with the island of Dominica. Which is between Guadeloupe And Martinique.

The island your video is about is a smaller island further down the chain of islands just north of Martinique.
That is Dominica 🇩🇲. It is different from the Spanish Santo Domingo the DR.
