Literally the smoker everyone is selling but yours is larger and cheaper with so many add ons. Congratulations man, you should do very well.

3 years with my backyard offset. Glad I got it when it was $1700 plus add ons. Smoked my best bbq on it without a doubt! Millscale and workhorse were way too expensive for just a backyard model. For that money I’d rather get me a 250gal from Big Phil!

This is a workhorse but cheaper. Awesome! I love those other pits you make though with that insulated fire box. Question. I’ve seen the guys from iron pig patina insulating the fire box door as well as the bottom of the cooking chamber. Is that over kill?
