Stream Replay: G1000 NXi ILS Approach - Cirrus SR22 - Skypark Mission - Microsoft Flight Simulator

Weekend Skypark cargo missions, but with a focus on ILS approaches. In the stream, I fly the Cirrus SR22 (available in the MSFS Premium or Deluxe+Premium upgrades) to KGSH in Indiana. We fly the missed approach procedure, then the ILS procedure a second time before finally landing.

used uninstall, reinstall to get through update 5, but lost nxi in the process. best way to get it back? glad your recovery was smooth.

That is a Tear drop entry, timing starts when you are wings level for 1 Min Standard, the important thing is to stay on the correct side and within 10 NM.

When I did ILS it never switched to the green loc even though I had the frequency in nav 1 and active. It stayed in gps the entire time but still took me down to runway. Is this an update bug?

Question 1: I press APPROACH and I don't get a white marker next to the button on the AP panel and that confuses me...What should I look for on the MFD to see its engaged?
Question 2: You also talked about that VNAV only work if you allow it by setting the ALT lower than the purple constraint that is shown in MFD. You also talked about that being changed to the opposite. I did not want to re-watch the whole video to catch that comment so could you expand on that ?

When in autopilot heading on and altitude on if i try to go gps Nav it will not change heading to gps. It puts the gps word next to the heading but gps nav doesnt work.

Are you using the TCA side stick to fly the Cirrus? If so what are you using for the trim? The side stick has a POV button that I cannot set for trim
