One of my favorite Things to Do in Chicago is go on Architecture Tours

In this video we're in Downtown Chicago to see the Oldest Surviving Post Fire Era Buildings

These Italianate Structures predate the first Skyscrapers in Chicago by only a handful of years!

After the Great Fire of 1871 devastated the city of Chicago, many historic buildings with beautiful architecture were destroyed, but the edifices constructed in the years immediately after paint a picture of early Chicago, as they strongly resemble the architecture & design of the day.
