Great job Shacharri! She did amazing and ran faster than a stacked group of women. She needs to stay active and keep pushing. Elaine is the goat so to beat her will take a mammoth effect and she would need to be off her game. But Richardson did wonderful. Proud of her.

Crazy to say, but with the start that Elaine had, Shelly would’ve won this race.

I don't think Elaine winning this was anything exceptional for her. She was always the strong favorite to win this. I think you might have wanted to see if she could win in the 10.6s time range to make a statement but this just leaves me feeling the same about Elaine. She's in very good form probably not in the form she was in at the Olympics and after or maybe she's holding back a lot right now waiting for the World Championships to show her true form. I think she goes in looking pretty good and strong but not in WR shape as yet.

Elaine was never troubled in that race! Could have sworn Shericka got 2nd after a very poor start. Sha'Carri had a mini wardrobe malfunction with her 'new set', but performed better than expected!

I truly believe that Richardson will surprise everyone once she runs her race and not focus on what others are running. If anything chase Flo Jo's record instead of that of the Jamaican sista's; afterall, that's what they are doing.
