This is a cool product and I look forward to it development. I like this, but I don't like the fixed barb on the filter base. A option of fixed barb or 1/8 NPT female connection would be nice. Also a hex portion on the filter base and on barb portion so that it can be assembled before placement into the carburetor. To insure a little bit of torque on the assembly without having to worry about breaking any of the aluminum threads in the carburetor. Or some sort of pin and slot based locking mechanism. I couldn't trust hand tight on something as critical as this. Also a bit more flare out on the barb for hose engagement would be nice.

You forgot to mention that when the fuel filter is between the cylinders. When hot engine is shut off. Fuel will boil in the filter causing it to blow the needle off it's seat. Causing flooding while the engine turned off. That you won't notice... Crazyhorse Speed Shop
