The Development of the Competition Policy in the Frameworks of Integration Associations Part 1

This round table discussed the interaction mechanisms of competition authorities worldwide, including during the investigation of violations of anti-trust legislation within such associations as BRICS, EEC and CES. This session reviewed whether it is possible to adopt the experience of Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (Carmakers' Code) in other BRICS countries as well as other similar cases of regulations in other socially significant markets of BRICS and CES countries.
