thank you! I've had these for a while and gave up on them as I couldn't get the cable to stay inside... now watching your video I finally realised how they are supposed to be attached.... obvious with hindsight - Amazon should put a link to your video in the box!

How are these working for you? I read some reviews that the spring action at the tip of the plug and the rotation of the plug is causing problems, you have any problems with these?
