i don't think anyone realises how much hardwork it takes to voice over these videos, the fact that she has to come up with a script for 20+ minutes of video every week, with the most inspiring content, making sure she is not repetitive and finding new things to tell us, to make us feel better, you are extraordinary linda!!

I´m in recovery from an eating disorder that I have been struggling with for more than eight years. I was stuck in quasi-recovery for a while but I am working towards full food freedom. Linda, your videos are genuinely amazing and you are such a kind person! Thank you for motivating me to recover

🌻🌺 Hey just my two cents on the topic: I’m a nurse, medical and psych student.
I am terrified about a lot of things, but especially making a mistake which will cost a patients life.

When I was 18 I was really scared of moving far away, so I did it. It was hard in the beginning but I am now the happiest I’ve ever been!

When I was 21 I realised I was really scared of talking to people, especially about difficult topics. So I applied for a job on the psych ward and had many beautiful and heart felt conversations with people from all stages of life.

When I was 22, society had told me, that I would never be smart enough to study medicine. So I applied for a double degree and got into my dream university.

I’ve gone through many highs but have also seen myself at my lowest more times than I care to admit.

Your fears of the unknown, of the unpredictable are what are holding you back. So the only thing you can do is make them slightly less unpredictable, get to know the situation a little better.

You’ve got this 🌺 It’s one of the most difficult things I’ve done, especially due to the panic I felt every single time, questioning myself if I had what if takes. But it’s worth it, every single time 🌺

One last thing: life isn’t linear. Life is more like a hike in the mountains, full of ups and downs, but eventually you’ll reach a point with a beautiful view. It doesn’t have to be the top. Just embrace the moment 🌺🌻⛰️

I've been anxious a lot more than normal now. I'm in year 13, and it's kicking my butt. Watching this has helped me understand that I'm not the only one who suffers. Thank you! ❤

"It's hard being in an environment where the way your brain thinks is not what is celebrated." I know how you feel Linda. thank you for sharing.

I'm watching this at midnight, alone, pregnant, in a unfamiliar country and snacking on a big bag of chips. You just made my heart warm 😊

I’ve been so exhausted and anxious at work. Working 12-15 hours a day, feeling anxious that I don’t know anything and get so nervous speaking in front of ppl even though that’s a huge part of my job. I needed to hear these words, esp about not being so hard on myself. I hope we can all overcome hard times and be a little kinder to ourselves. Thanks Linda ❤

I'm still struggling with an eating disorder to this day, when you describe your past in videos its like looking in a mirror, but you are such an inspiration for me, you have motivated me to even want to try, and how I can change my mindset, I show my friends who are struggling your videos, and they've helped them. I love you, you are an amazing human being.

Linda had such a busy schedule and she has to keep up with her habits and school and all that stuff, and she manages to eat so much and take all those videos, post one a week, and do a voiceover, script the whole thing, add texts and music behind all that, and all the transitions and cuts…OMG…and the content is high quality, amazing and helpful! My playlists are full of her motivating videos!

Also Linda, that professor who says to do things that make you uncomfortable? Thats a good egg :) those are the professors in my experience that double as your career counselor and are willing to talk to you in their pffice hours while you are crying/having a mental breakdown :) you got this, Linda!

i cry every time i watch one of your videos! i feel so many of the emotions i've stuffed away due to stress throughout a tough week, and your videos help me let go and release any sadness, happiness, pride, and whatever else i haven't dedicated time into feeling. i relate to you so deeply and i appreciate having access to your channel and your encouraging, reassuring words. existing today was hard for me so i took time off from school which made me feel quite guilty, but i am learning to understand that i wont fall behind in life by taking time to heal, especially since being behind would mean i am behind someone who is on the same path as me, which isn't possible since we are all on our own journey, (a quote i carry with me from you!!) much love, thank you ❤

10:41 I have all the same feelings and it’s so relatable. It could be social anxiety, I have that, and you did mention having it once.

What a coincidence, the moment I needed a video that nourishes my soul-there it is, a Linda Sun Video!!!

Linda sun thank you for these videos, my 20s has been challenging mentally (still in my early 20s) trying to figure of my life (including career, relationship and my mental health) I always felt there was a right way of living in my 20s (which I’m unaware of) but looking at your video is teaching me how to love myself (my body and everything) and there is no right way of living, we just have to be present and enjoy the moment (whether good or bad) “because everything is working out for my good”😊

Know that you are a great inspiration to a 30-year-old. Know that sharing your experience is always a highlight for me and that your videos always made me feel hopeful that someone younger is so inspirational and is a mentor of life for me. All of this to say...know that you are incredibly intelligent and experienced to the point of being a mentor and teacher; everyone has their own expertise and you deserve to celebrate yours!
