Kelly is trying to give Spencer a boost by saying she ran a good campaign, but she didn't run anything because all she talked about is trash and pot holes. Jones gave Spencer the win, and anybody running against Jones would have won. I'm with Hancock when he says, she should finish that bottle of champaign, because she is going to need it. Jones sit down with her today, and I believe reality sat in after Jone told her what's up. I believe Spencer will not make a whole term, because she seems to not be good under pressure, and there is going to be a lot of that.
