It still feels like I’m in the twilight zone. He got us so good lol. Weight loss like this is very possible. I was obese all my life. Thought that’s just how it was always going to be. I was 320lbs and within 17 months I was 169lbs. Everyone always talks about how hard it is to lose weight when you have a food addiction but for me personally I couldn’t believe how easy it was once I got started. When I got on the scale every day and saw the number decrease by 2-4lbs it became an obsession. Now I can’t even remember what it was like to be fat lol.
