I've waited SO long for The Book Thief to be brought to the big screen and it's finally happening. This book means so much to me. I read it for the first time about 6 years ago and I've read it around 9 times now. It has helped me through bad times, it inspires me to be happy, makes me laugh, cry, scream and shout. The characters are all so real and they feel like my friends. The Book Thief will always be my favourite novel of all time and I hope the movie adaptation will do the book justice. Brb, going to sob in a ball of feels for a while.

I watched this movie with my school at a cultural house, and my god... It was so... Beautiful, the story was amazing and wow... Just wow... I love how they use poetry and books like that, ... So beautiful... And amazing... I really need to read the book soon...

I cant wait for this. It looks so great, and while its pretty clear they will have to have changed a lot of things and change the pacing to make it all fit into 2 hours, i think it will do a good job conveying the meaning of the book
