I'm from Cardiff, we can't have Boris bikes, electric scooter or anything you can rent due to theft. Cardiff's criminality goes under the radar trust me

Yeah Cardiff has a bit of a problem with that. The bike renting stations in Cardiff were shut down cause too many people weren't returning the bikes.

Tbf the one in Cardiff looks left unwanted, somebody would look at that and not give it a second thought, the other ones were probably observed for a while before getting stolen, actual planning went into the other ones unlike the Cardiff bike..
