Minecraft Small Castle Tutorial [How To Build]

In today's video i'm going to show you how to build a small castle in Minecraft 1.14!!

For those in survival wanting numbers here are mine! **I round up slightly as better to have more than less**
(These exclude all the internal decorations that they included as I decided to go with different decoration)
- Spruce wood slabs: 2 stacks
- Spruce trap doors: 30
- Spruce wooden stairs: 2.5 stacks
- Spruce wood planks: 1 stack
- Spruce Fence: half a stack
- Stone slab : Half a stack
- Stone brick wall: half a stack
- Stone Brick stairs: 1 stack
- Stone Bricks: 9 Stacks if you're doing a plain outside wall, 8 stacks if you're doing textured wall like in the vid
- Stone 1.5 stacks
- Cobblestone: 1 Stack if you're doing the textured wall, and another stack if you're doing the rustic/ worn down look they do (so 2 stacks in total if you're copying the vid exactly)
- Cobblestone slab: 1 stack ( for outside texture)
- Andesite (1 Stack {for texture} )
- Polished Andesite: 1 stack
- Polished Andesite slabs: 20
- Glass pane: 18

If anyone needs supply amounts, here are my numbers.

I built mine differently (using Diorite rather than Stone) but still used Cobblestone and Andesite the way it was used in the video (for the tops of the buildings and texture.) But I initially used about:

-About 13 stacks of Diorite
-About 5 stacks of Andesite
-About 7 stacks of Cobblestone (I also used this to map out the layout since it’s not like you’ll be seeing the layout anyway)
-About 6 stacks of Dark Oak (I chose to use Dark Oak because it was more accessible to me than regular Oak. But you can use what you want.)
-Maybe like 10 Glass (to turn into Glass Panes)

These should be plenty of supplies. I like to mine extra so that I have material if I need it in case I underestimate.
This excludes interior decorations because I also decorated differently from the video. But you can use your leftover material to make stuff!

I built this and it looks great in the kingdom, though I didnt do the outside decorating nor the texturing because I wanted it to look fresh and new, like some areas still have ladders and scaffolding making the area look like the castle was just built

The castle fits within a rectangle 17x25 blocks, (with at least one block border all the way around)
The entrance is on the longer edge, and is 4 blocks wide, with 7 blocks to the left and 14 to the right (including the border) as shown in the timestamp. Hopefully that’ll be useful to someone. I couldn’t see this comment, so I figured Id share it. Hope this was helpful for you!
