Ambassador you are very right about your statement that CPEC is a window of opportunity for Pakistan but do the Chinese also think on the same line. Since the regime change in Pakistan which was followed by deploying a corrupt and most incompetent and UNPOPULAR political leadership through open violation of Constitution and laws of Pakistan, China already decided on their PLAN B and are almost half through. This is very sad and Pakistan leadership does not realize it at all.
