Sadly this is the last Minecraft music piece that I heard before my friend was last online. It’s been 7 years and today she was online. As soon as I saw I invited her and we played Minecraft for like 5 hours... she’s my girlfriend now. I’m so happy this was in my recommended because it reminded me of this story.

I don’t play video games but my kids did play a lot of Minecraft and I always thought this was such a hauntingly beautiful track. Now that they are grown it just brings back flooding memories and tears.

Minecraft is so nostalgic for me. I can remember playing on my Xbox 360, I can remember how 3 creepers blew up my house, I can remember getting lost in a cave but then finding my way back out.

It makes me want to cry thinking about the times we had, the adventures of creepers and stealing diamonds. The dimensions, the fallen friends we had tamed. The sneaking into creative and building a house. And most of all… the people who got us through the roughest times with their humor and their sad moments. To when we all fall, this game will always be in our hearts, we didn’t get lucky, we got a chance.
