Sir I have cleared my CA intermediate under old scheme as CA INTERMEDIATE not as CA IPCC and completed articleship under old scheme of 2.5 yes and I have my CA FINAL attempt in nov 2024……so do I need to clear SPOM before 10th oct or before applying for membership

Sir I cleared group 2 before nov 23, so I have to give set A, my question is do i have to clear set A before exams or after exams but before applying for membership

I am a ca final student (cleared my grp 2 in may 2024)and have been preparing for Nov 2024 final attempt, I recently cleared my set A and set B paper but I am also required to write set C and set D .

This notification says that all the sets has to be completed before oct 10th, but the classes of set C and set D has not even been opened yet. I really want to give my exams in nov 2024, but they haven't opened the classes yet. how will I be able to complete classes and give the exam.
If I atleast have the clarity as to when they'll start the classes of set C and D, atleast will be able to plan ahead.

But you in doubt regarding "before applying for memberships" paragraph

Sir, I cleared CA Final Group 2 in May 24, and preparing for Group 1 in Nov 24 .... I haven't completed either set A or Set B .... What's the applicability of set A & B for me ... Do I need to clear them before October 15

I have completed my CA inter on may 2023. applied for final exam in may 2024 for both groups but only attended group2 and i was absent for group 1 final exam. I couldn't able to clear group-2 final in may 2024. Now i have cleared Spom set A (law) alone... should I mandatorily complete spim set B to get eligibility for nov 2024

You are giving wrong information about SET A and Set B .It has been clearly mentioned in point A that students who had been admitted in Nov 23 or appeared in Nov 23 should complete set A and Set B before applying membership.please look at the notification carefullyand correct your video.

Sur I have cleared IPCC Group 1 in Nov 2016 old course and Inter Group 2 in May 2023 by giving 3 papers under Unit 10 in which Paper 8 was exempt for me...Also I have cleared Articleship in February 2020 and Adv AICITSS ITT exam in Dec 2023.
